Orthopedic Ward Fit Out / IVF Clinic / B2 Block Completion
The practice continues to provide design and project management services for UPMC within Beacon Hospital. Recent projects have included a 34 bed orthopedic ward fit-out, new operating theatres and a 150sqm patient reclining and assessment facility for Oncology. Advanced scheme designs are complete for a 400sqm Liver, Digestive Disease, Urology Centre, treatment facilities, and a new Orthopedic Treatment Centre.
Elsewhere on the campus, an I.V.F. Clinic of 700sqm was completed in January 2012 for Beacon Care. The facility delivers cryogenic laboratories, procedure rooms, consulting and assessment facilities all to Medical Board requirements.
The Practice has recently been engaged by Mazars for the modification and completion of Block B2, for residential and commercial use.
