The first phase of development successfully delivered three building typologies, on a steeply sloping site. Through careful manipulation of site levels, a common carpark integrates with a stepped pond and link bridges serving the first and subsequent phases.

The Passport Office is a 3,000sqm, 3 storey naturally ventilated building, with 13.5 metre deep floor plate. The design utilises the considerable fall across the site to meet the particular security, fire and building vibration requirements of brief. Own Door Office buildings front the public road to create an urban edge to the business park. 22 no units of 300sqm per unit are configured to accommodate two tenancies per unit. The 7,000sqm Bridgestone Distribution Warehouse and Offices are set into the fall of the site necessitating a considered cut and fill operation. Addressing the significant fire risk, the high-bay warehouse is sprinkler protected.
