The project consists of 25 own door office units providing 6,700sq.m light industrial / office space. The units are arranged as back to back, terraced units. 19no. 2 storey units and 6 no. 3 storey units are configured to facilitate tenancies of 120sqm per floor. Ground floor units offer the opportunity for forklift operations and heavy goods handling.

The design of the units facilitates their use as offices, showroom, light manufacturing or storage. The units can be joined to form larger floor plates if required by the market. The end result provides a higher quality alternative to the more common place industrial units typified by loading doors. A strong elevational modelling is achieved by expressing the first floor unit as boxes projecting beyond the solid entrance hall and stair. The three storey units with two storey projecting bays are set to the end of both terrace blocks.
