Following the establishment of the retail park the second phase of development provides a cluster of five office buildings in the south east quarter of the site. This office use will expand into the north east quarter as part of the approved district centre development.

The Herbert Building provides five stories of open plan multi-tenanted office space. The 15m deep floor plates are set in an L configuration with central lift and stair core. Raised access floors have been designed as a plenum for mechanical venting purposes. The building achieves a Bream ‘Very Good’ rating and a net to gross of 82%.

The Hyde Building is configured over 4-5 stories around a central atrium. The building provides 40 no own door office units of 100-150sqm in a corporate office environment.
