Our design approach is based on a belief that place making is key in creating sustainable residential communities. To this end we proactively encourage clients towards mixed use developments and the making of places where the occupants can access opportunities to live, work and play.

Each site is considered in respect of its environmental conditions, its grain, interfaces with the larger community and opportunities to contribute to a wider regeneration. While seeking to achieve architectural excellence in the design of our buildings, we attach equal significance to the space and relationship between buildings. The courtyards, the parks, the streets, the pedestrian routes are the life blood of any residential quarter and are central to the successful design of all our regeneration projects.
