Originally designed by TOT Architects as a regional distribution centre for Lidl (Completed 2001), this project has involved the adaption and reuse of the existing building as a Beverage Concentrate Manufacturing Facility, complete with refurbishment of existing ancillary office facilities, with a capacity for over 200 employees, for Keurig Dr Pepper. This state of the art processing facility includes: ambient, chill and freezer storage areas complete with walk on servicing ceilings, automated production and packaging lines, complete with test labs, associated servicing and ancillary building functions throughout.
